Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance at Weda Cita Resort and Spa Ubud. The sample in this study were all 30 employees of Weda Cita Resort and Spa Ubud. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. Data collected through observation, documentation studies, and surveys. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test and F-test. Based on the analysis obtained results: (1) Work Motivation (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), where the t-table value is 2.05 < t-count 5.297 and the significant value of t is below 0.05. (2) Work Discipline (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), where the t-table value of 2.05 < t-count 2.521 and a significant value of t below 0.05. (3) Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), where the F-table value is 3.35 < F-count 94.427 and the significant value of F is below 0.05. (4) The variable influence of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 87.5%. (5) The variable that has a dominant influence on Employee Performance is Work Motivation (X1).
