Abstract

Destinasi pariwisata dipahami sebagai sistem layanan yang kompleks, yang terbentuk dari interaksi antara manusia, lingkungan, fasilitas, aktivitas, serta sistem informasi. Kompleksitas tersebut menuntut pengelolaan destinasi yang terintegrasi dan holistik guna menjamin keberlanjutan serta daya saing destinasi wisata melalui Pendekatan ergonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi ergonomi destinasi wisata, yang meliputi kapasitas kerja SDM pelayanan, desain sarana dan prasarana, sistem informasi dan komunikasi, aktivitas wisata yang ergonomis, serta kondisi lingkungan destinasi, terhadap kenyamanan wisatawan sebagai bagian dari ergonomi fisik, psikologis, dan kognitif di Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bedugul, Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bedugul dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyamanan wisatawan pada destinasi wisata berbasis alam secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh desain sarana dan prasarana, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, karakteristik aktivitas wisata, serta kondisi lingkungan fisik destinasi. Sebaliknya, variabel sumber daya manusia dalam pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kenyamanan wisatawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan konsep ergonomi di destinasi wisata yang selama ini lebih banyak digunakan pada lingkungan kerja di industri pariwisata.
