The Bali Provincial Government implemented Bali Governor Regulation Number 28 in 2020 to address environmental concerns in the tourism industry, mandating that tourism businesses adopt eco-friendly practices. A Green hotel is a lodging facility that has adopted eco-friendly measures to minimize environmental harm, support community growth, and cut expenses. Implementing the Tri Hita Karana concept in hotel management can use Balinese cultural values as a guide. This research uses a descriptive approach. Informants were purposely selected, with top management at Mimpi Resort Menjangan being chosen as key informants. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative analytical approach. Mimpi Resort Menjangan is dedicated to conserving the environment, offering social and economic advantages to nearby communities, and promoting the local destination's culture by following the Tri Hita Karana principle, which emphasizes a balanced connection between God, humans, and nature.
