Pengaruh Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Harris Hotel Seminyak Bali

Bali is a province in Indonesia which is known for its various tourist destinations. The hotel industry is included in the service industry that offers room service, food and beverage providers and other services to the general public which are managed commercially. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at Harris Hotel Seminyak, to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Harris Hotel Seminyak, and to determine simultaneously the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance at Harris Hotel Seminyak. This research was conducted at the Harris Hotel Seminyak using a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 52 employees. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and regression analysis with the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version 25.0 test. The results of this study are: work discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Harris Hotel Seminyak. Work environment (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Harris Hotel Seminyak. Discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) Simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Harris Hotel Seminyak. Recommendations for further research, it is hoped that it will be necessary to carry out further research by including other variables such as motivation, communication and leadership style that affect employee performance.
