Analisis Dampak Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi Kasus pada Guru SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Badung)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of Teachers of Triatma Jaya Badung Tourism Vocational School. This research includes explanatory research, namely a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between three variables, namely the dependent variable (teacher performance) and the independent variable (work motivation, competence and work environment). The population in this study were thirty Triatma Jaya Badung tourism vocational school teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method where the entire population is used as a sample. The analysis technique in this research is using descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, determination analysis with the help of SPSS 24 for Windows software. The analysis results show the regression model Y = 6.849 + 0.564X₁ + 0.271X₂ + 0.232X₃. The conclusion obtained is that partially work motivation positively and significantly influences teacher performance (Y) which can be seen in the b₁X₁ coefficient: tcount = 2.596 > > ttable (0.05 : 26) = 1.705 and Sig t = 0.015 (p<0, 05). Competence influences teacher performance positively and significantly which can be seen in the b₂X₂ coefficient: tcount = 2.214 > ttable (0.05 : 26) = 1.705 and Sig t = 0.036 (p<0.05). The work environment influences teacher performance positively and significantly as shown by the b₃X₃ coefficient: tcount = 2.329 > ttable (0.05 : 26) = 1.705 and Sig t = 0.028 (p<0.05). Work motivation, competence and work environment influence teacher performance at Triatma Jaya Badung Tourism Vocational School by 51.7% while 48.3% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
