This study aimed to determine how Green HRM is implemented at Simply Social Restaurant, Ubud. This study was conducted considering that there are many impacts on the environment when carrying out business operations. Because of this, all businesses are encouraged to be more environmentally friendly, including businesses in the tourism sector, such as the F&B business. Green HRM is one of the units in the company that plays an important role in contributing to environmentally friendly practices. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design because the research was only conducted in a specific organization. Data were collected by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. This study found that green HRM implementation at Simply Social Restaurant focuses more on reducing paper use, especially in administrative matters such as recruitment & selection, training, administration, legality, benefits & compensation, and industrial relations. In addition, opportunities and challenges were also found in implementing green HRM practices at Simply Social. The opportunities are in the form of cost and time effectiveness, improving image & competitiveness, and partnerships with environmentally friendly suppliers. Meanwhile, the challenges faced by Simply Social HRD in implementing green HRM include the use of a digital HR system that is hampered by the software capabilities of employees, the quality of internet distribution that is still uneven in Bali, and the lack of employee awareness and commitment regarding the importance of implementing green HRM.
